This outstanding, innovative and successful web development company requires the services of a special customer service agent.
While an appreciation and general understanding of all things IT, this role is not a Tech Support role. You will be receiving contacts via phone and email from customers and potential customers about how to perform a variety of functions with the Web development tools so, superb English communication skills are absolutely essential.
So if you know the difference between an API, a domain and a URL, have the ability to communicate technical issues and terms well with non technical people and have a desire to start your IT career, THIS is where it starts.
