Service Desk Analyst
Job type: Permanent
We are looking for candidates able to perform the role of Service Desk Analyst for which we anticipate there will be demand in early 2019.
Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience providing support to IT users
ITIL understanding is highly desirable as is experience working with ITIL tools such as ServiceNow, Cherwell or Connectwise.
Only candidates resident in and eligible to work in NZ will be considered and responded to.
