CCC Coordinator

Our client is a major employer in the Waikato and requires the services of an experienced IT Services Coordinator to back-fill a career break.

The role is responsible for scheduling and supporting L1 support 24X7.

A sound understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management is essential as is experience supervising and supporting service desk analysts.

Solid desktop and infrastructure skills and experience is essential and experience with telephony systems is desirable.

There is a possibility that this role could become permanent but, at this stage the role is back-filling a temporary absence so is for a 10 month fixed term. This role will be well supported by the organisation but the position demands quick thinking and assertive leadership as, at times, the role will be responsible for managing the process for high priority critical incidents that effect mission critical services. As the service is provided on a 24X7 basis, familiarity with 24X7 operations and rostering would be ideal.

Excellent communication skills are absolutely essential as is the ability to engage with all levels within this large organisation. The role will appeal to an action oriented, self managed multi-tasker who is comfortable working with statistics and reports.
