Service Desk Coordinator
Job type: Permanent
Reporting to the IS Customer Services Manager of one of the Waikato's largest employers, this role is responsible for the day to day management of a team of 11 Service Desk Analysts.
As well as being responsible for the delivery of Service Desk capability, you will also be responsible for the management of staff, including conducting of performance reviews and management of the team culture.
Suitable candidates must, without exception:
- Have experience leading a service desk capability
- Have either ITIL qualifications or significant ITIL experience
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in IT support functions
- Be able to evidence a minimum of 3 years experience in Enterprise IT environments
