Customer Contact Administrator

Our Client is a one of the largest employers in the Waikato and they currently require Customer Contact Administrators.  Working on the Service Desk you will be responsible for the efficient answering of calls and responding to queries in a timely manner.  With a customer focused approach and strong administration skills to take on a variety of projects you will need the following to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literacy and accurate typing skills    
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Effective time management
  • Self-motivated, embrace change and have a flexible approach
