We are looking for a candidates with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, absolutely top-notch communication and presentation skills and a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done.
This role that is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced desktop support person to grow their career into the Cloud space.
Our client is committed to the ongoing development of their team and as such there is opportunity and scope to expand your skills and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have some of the following:
- A good level of experience installing, deploying and supporting Windows based infrastructure (server/desktop), O365, Citrix, and Voip experience a bonus
- Great presentation and customer service skills with focus on building trusted relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), an excellent telephone manner and a cool head
- Be available to travel on a frequent basis and is not averse to evening or weekend work when the need arises
