We are looking for a candidates with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, absolutely top-notch communication and presentation skills and a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done. 

This role that is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced desktop support person to grow their career into the Cloud space.

The ideal candidate will have some of the following:

  • A good level of experience installing, deploying and supporting Windows based infrastructure (server/desktop), O365, Citrix, and Voip experience a bonus
  • Great presentation and customer service skills with focus on building trusted relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), an  excellent telephone manner and a cool head
  • Be available to travel on a frequent basis and is not averse to evening or weekend work when the need arises
